A Simple Song (ft. Olly Zuwanaku)

This is a song I made last winter with a good friend of mine. He goes by the name of Olly Zuwanaku. What’s it to you if he wanted to change his name?

This song was conceived within a winter wonderland paradise, in a small room I was renting at the time in a beautiful pine-clad home adjacent a rural lake in Washington County. It began as a simple melody and blossomed into a beautiful little tune.

The lyric video below was made with a combination of footage I had collected over the years, as well as the actual lyric sheet from the writing session, complete with mistakes and drunken scribbles.

It is one of my favorites. I hope you like it.

Like You

I made this last year under an alter ego, Rhys Carter Black, that I thought would be more unique and more marketable. I was wrong. Here you go.
